Raul V. Rodriguez focuses his practice on commercial real estate, business entity formation, commercial litigation and general business transactions. He has successfully counseled on and completed numerous commercial real estate joint ventures and complex commercial purchases and sales. Raul, who is fluent in Spanish, previously served as a consultant attorney (abogato consultor) for the Mexican Consulate of Chicago, a designation approved and overseen by Mexico’s secretary of foreign affairs.
He is active in the Chicago biotechnology start-up scene as a member of the Computational Science and Molecular Systems (COSMOS) meetup, where he shares ideas with ventures along the path from ideation through entity formation and funding.
Raul serves on the board of Distinctively College Bound, a nonprofit organization that raises scholarships for local students’ extracurricular activities. He is also an avid reader, runner, skier and college football fan.
